Peeble allows users to create and share content (guides, places, media).

Each user is solely responsible for the content they publish. Peeble acts as a hosting platform and cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of content published by users.

5. Liability

Information disseminated on Peeble is for informational purposes only. Despite the care taken to update it, Peeble guarantees neither the accuracy nor the completeness of the content.

The use of the application is under the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Personal Data

Peeble collects certain personal data necessary for the operation of the service, including:

• Email address
• First name or pseudonym
• Avatar
• Content created by the user (guides, places, media)

The user's location is not stored in the database. Location data possibly associated with contents is voluntarily provided by the user when creating content.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the user has a right of access, rectification, and deletion of their data.
