4. User content

Peeble allows users to create and share content (guides, places, media).

Each user is solely responsible for the content they publish. Peeble acts as a hosting platform and cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of content published by users.

5. Liability

The information provided on Peeble is for informational purposes only. Despite care taken to keep it updated, Peeble does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content.

Use of the application is at the user's sole risk.

6. Personal data

Peeble collects certain personal data necessary for the operation of the service, including:

  • email address
  • first name or pseudonym
  • avatar and cover photo
  • content created by the user (guides, places, media)

The user's location is not recorded in the database. Any location data associated with content is voluntarily provided by the user when creating content.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws, users have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and objection.
